Get Better Together(GBT) is an instructor-friendly, and engaging version of PREP curricula. As with all our curricula, GBT is based on our rigorously evidence-based approach, the PREP Approach. This approach has been studied by more researchers on more continents than any other relationship education program in history. Core themes of GBT include positive connections, understanding stress, reacting and responding to stressors, and problem-solving. Through the use of participant-friendly materials, videos, and learner-centered activities, Get Better Together helps instructors guide couples on a journey of discovery to understand, appreciate, and enrich their connection with each other.
The Get Better Together (GBT) Online Instructor Training takes approximately 9 hours to complete and covers the 10 units of the GBT curriculum. The price includes the program link, which is good for twelve months, the GBT instructor kit and ground shipping within the U.S. If you need the instructor kit shipped overseas choose the international product option.
