Important Message Regarding Got Your Back Media Download:
1. Media links are always sent via the email used when purchasing. Your Get Better Together Media link may take 1-2 business days to arrive.
2. Downloads can take several minutes. It is possible the downloading could slow down your computer.
3. Slow or restrictive internet can disrupt the process and cause the download to fail. It is best to download using reliable internet!
4. Do not download multiple files at the same time. If you have multiple media downloads, it is best to do them one at a time.
Intended for virtual Get Better Together workshops, the videos are external of the PowerPoint file.
We have found that when hosting a virtual workshop, videos play much better outside of the PowerPoint deck. All the videos can be found within the unit folder making it easier to pull up what you need, when you need it. These lower resolution Virtual Workshop videos make for a better experience for your participants. Also, captioning is provided.
