1. Downloads can take several minutes. It is possible the downloading could slow down your computer.
2. Slow or restrictive internet can disrupt the process and cause the download to fail. It is best to download using reliable internet!
3. Do not download multiple files at the same time. If you have multiple media downloads, it is best to do them one at a time.
The Within My Reach In-Person files are video and PowerPoint files combined to give a hassle-free presentation for your in-person workshop. Conveniently embedded into the PowerPoint, these videos play automatically at a 720p resolution.
The Within My Reach Virtual Files are Intended for virtual workshops, the videos are external to the PowerPoint file.
We have found that when hosting a virtual workshop, videos play much better outside of the PowerPoint deck. All the videos can be found within the unit folder making it easier to pull up what you need, when you need it. These lower resolution Virtual Workshop videos make for a better experience for your participants. Also, captioning is provided.
